How the
Support Subscription Works
The Support Subscription
helps you protect your software investment in a cost
effective manner with technical support, bug fixes and
updates by keeping up with every AutoCAD release.
Subscription begins the day purchased and is in
effect for one year from that date. Subscription rules are
as follows:
1. New Software Purchase:

The first 6-months of free support is included in the purchase.
2. Software Upgrade to
current version:
-
Upgrades to current versions include the first 6-months of
free support.
After the first 6-months of
free support and within the first year of purchase, you may
purchase the Support Subscription for another year, or when tech support
is needed purchase a one time

for pricing and ordering one of these options.
When Your Subscription Expires, You have Two Options:
1. Renew your Subscription:
- Receive another year of support as described in the
Support Subscription.
2. Let your Subscription
Lapse:
- You may continue to use the last software version you
purchased or upgraded.
- You will no longer be entitled to free software support,
updates, bug fixes, software activation, license keys,
passwords, and de-activation issues.
- After your subscription has expired you may at any time
choose to upgrade to the current software release and
receive the first 6-months of free support. Or you may
purchase a continuation of your subscription for another
year from the date of expiration.
